These two instruments were taken during a burglary sometime between Friday August 22nd and 2130hrs Monday August 25th 2008.

The Selmer Paris Mark VI Alto Sax Serial No. M171904 was in a new Selmer Super 80 hard case - brown coloured with steel reinforced corners. There was no sling or mouthpiece. The gold laquer was original and the instrument had recently been completely overhauled with new pads etc. I have owned this sax since 1973 and am absolutely devastated at its loss.

The Yanagisawa straight soprano was approximately 1974 vintage. Unfortunately I have no record of the serial no or model. It was in a black hard case and was all of one piece. There was a 'furry' pad saver in the instrument and various Rico reeds. There was also my mid 1970s brass Lawton mouthpiece (6 or 7 star I think) in its black box. In addition there was an ebonite mouthpiece.

If you are offered either of these instruments or know of their whereabouts please let me or Sutton police know (0208 649 0777). There will be a reward for information leading to their return.
