Grampian Police is investigating a theft by housebreaking at a rural premises in the Elgin area.  

The incident occurred between midday on Friday 19 December and 10.30am on Saturday 20 December 2008, at a storage area on the south side of Elgin.  

As a result of the incident, a quantity of building materials, power tools and safety clothing valued at a four-figure sum was stolen (a more exact figure is yet to be evaluated).  

Anyone with information regarding this incident or anyone who has been offered any items which may be related to the theft is asked to contact Grampian Police on 0845 600 5 700.
