Police are releasing the CCTV image of a man and a woman officer would like to speak with in connection with a fraud offence in Watford.
At around 5.55pm on Sunday, December 4, a ‘skimming' device has been attached to the card reader of a cash point in St Albans Road, Watford.
PC Amy Tarver is investigating and said:
Fraud investigators have released images of a man suspected of using a cheque book scam to withdraw £16,000 from an unsuspecting bank customer's account.
Officers are releasing an image of three people they would like to speak to in connection with a theft which took place in Stevenage last month.
The incident occurred between 1.30pm and 4pm on Friday, April 8.
A woman entered the Halifax in Stevenage town centre and used the cash machine when a man watched her enter her pin.
Police are releasing CCTV images of two people they would like to speak to in relation to a theft at Sainsbury's on Cow Lane, Watford.
Between around 12.20pm and 1pm on Tuesday, March 16, offender(s) have stolen a woman's bank card by unknown means.
The woman's bank card was subsequently used, without her consent or knowledge, at Sainsbury's and at Asda across the road.
Surrey Police have released CCTV images this week in an attempt to trace a man who tried to con thousands of pounds out of staff at banks in West Byfleet and Weybridge.
Scam artists stole a woman's bankcard and used it to fraudulently withdraw cash.
It happened at an Asda store on Edge Green Lane in Golborne at about 1pm on 14 November 2009.
The victim, 53, was using the self-service checkout when one of the offenders sneakily watched her enter her bankcard details into a chip-and-pin device.
Police are asking the public who used an ATM machine outside Tesco Stores on Wragby Road, Lincoln, to check their bank accounts following the discovery of a card reader at one of the machines.
It is believed that the card reader, which was noticed by a member of the public, was in place between about 9am and 10.30am on Tuesday 23 February.

At around 10am on September 30, 2009, a man visited Lloyds Bank, High Street, Halstead, and collected a new debit card for a bank account which he fraudulently represented was his.
People lending their passports to under-age drinkers could face the loss of their travel documents and missing out on holidays abroad, Grampian Police warned today (Tuesday, July 21).
And both the user of the fake ID and the owner could face prosecution, as well as having the passport seized and returned to the Identity and Passport Service.
