Police seek suspect following alleged racist incident in Harrogate
North Yorkshire Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man following an allegation of racist abuse in Harrogate.
It occurred at around 10.45pm on Wednesday 4 April 2012, in the Co-op store, down the hill on Otley Road, near Pannal Ash, when a youth tried to buy cigarettes.
