    Man sought following burglaries: Bolton

    Police in Bolton have issued the picture of a man they would like trace.

    Colin Patterson, 33, from Tonge Moor failed to appear at court on 6 May 2010.

    He was due in court after being charged with disqualified driving and driving without insurance.

    Bolton Magistrates Court issued a warrant for his arrest on 6 May 2010.

    Police are still appealing for anyone who may know the whereabouts of the following two people in relation to this case:

    Lee Dryden, 46 (23/06/63) originates from the Bermondsey area and is described as 5ft 11in with short brown hair.

  • PC attacked by pit-bulls: Plumstead, SE18

    Shortly before 12.00 noon on Tuesday 23 February, a 57 year old male police officer, was attacked and bitten by two pit-bull dogs in the back garden of a residential property in Sladedale Road SE18.

    Officers were attending the address to arrest the occupant for non-payment of a £1500 fine.

    On 27 November 2009, a large number of items were stolen during a break-in at a house on Cartmel Close, Sunnybank.

    Police are appealing for help in tracing a man wanted in connection with a series of burglaries at residential properties and hotels in the Bayswater and Mayfair areas.

    Jimmy Dormer, also known as James Filan, 29, is believed to have been involved in burglaries at the following addresses:

    Police in Kirklees are continuing to appeal for information as to the whereabouts of a Dewsbury man.

    Twenty nine year old Ryan Dufton is wanted in connection with a burglary at a property on Russell Street in Westborough on the 13 May 2009.

    A £5,000 reward is being offered to anyone who has information that will lead to the arrest of a man wanted in connection with a series of armed robberies. Paul Douglas Williams (born 04/05/75) of Hawthorne Avenue, Radcliffe, is charged with conspiracy to commit a number of robberies between March and November 2007.

    Police have released an image of a man who has gone on the run before he was due to be jailed for seriously assaulting a man in front of his wife.

    Jonathan Peter McConville (born 06/01/87) of Woodhouse Park had pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm at Manchester Crown Court, Crown Square.

    A Stoke-on-Trent man is being held in Madrid prison after being arrested on an ‘International Arrest Warrant' issued by the Operation Nemesis team.  

    The 29-year-old man from Stoke-on-Trent is wanted for questioning in relation to the original Operation Nemesis investigation which netted over 80 arrests for dealing Class A drugs in Stoke-on-Trent
