Gardai at Drogheda are investigating a serious assault which occurred outside a premises in the Harbour Road area of Clogherhead between 1.15am and 2.00am on the 7th of March, 2010.

A 25 year old male was seriously injured in the incident and was brought to Our Lady Of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda where he was pronounced dead shortly after 2.30pm today - 9th March 2010.

Officers investigating the murder of 18-year-old Wahab Zaaki in Walthamstow are conducting anniversary appeals a year after his death.

Wahab was fatally stabbed following an altercation with a group of youths.

The ambulance service was called in the early hours of Saturday 6th March 2010, to a property in Landseer Road, Ipswich.

The ambulance service attended and a man believed to be local and in his 30s was taken to Ipswich hospital where he later died.

The death was brought to the attention of police late last night, Sunday 7th March 2010.

Detectives investigating the murder of a 16-year-old girl in Islington are appealing for information regarding her whereabouts up to 24 hours before her body was found.

Jessie Wright was last seen sometime late on Wednesday afternoon, early evening (3 March).

Police appeal posters asking people to come forward with information about murder victim Andrew Smart from North Shields are now being displayed in North Tyneside.

Zakk Sackett 19 years (date of birth 6/9/90) has been charged with the murder of Jessie Wright.

He appears at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on Monday 8th March at 10:00hrs.

This is an update in relation to the death of Gurmail Singh following a robbery at Cowcliffe Convenience Store on Cowcliffe Hill Road in Huddersfield on Saturday 20 February.

Last night (3/3) three 17 year old males and a 20 year old man, all from the Huddersfield area were charged with murder and robbery.

South Wales Police has launched a murder investigation following the death of Karen Welsh, who was found dead in her home at Lowfield Drive, Thornhill, Cardiff, by police officers on Tuesday 2 March 2010.

Officers were called to 52-year-old Karen's home in the morning of Tuesday 2 March 2010 when concerns had been raised regarding her safety.

Detectives investigating the murder of Michael McCarthy in Yoakley Road, Stoke Newington on 19 November 2009 have released CCTV images of potential witnesses they are keen to trace.

Update. Gary was known for wearing chunky gold jewellery and in particular one heavy gold neck chain, which he wore the majority of the time.

It is believed he was wearing this and possibly another slightly smaller one at the time the incident took place.

However, when he was found dead, the chain(s) were missing from his body.
