  • 20-year-old woman forced into car to be assaulted and robbed: Hinckley

    Police are appealing for witnesses for an incident which occurred in Hinckley town centre in the early hours of Sunday morning (July 25).

    A 20-year-old woman was forced into a black car near Balloonatics in Rugby Road at about 1.30am.

    She had her handbag stolen and received minor injuries.

    Police are appealing for information after a 14-year-old girl was subjected to a sexual assault today (Monday June 21).

    The girl was walking along High Street and Hillfoots Road in Dollar, Clackmannanshire, around 8.20am when she was approached by a man and forced into his car.

    The car was green and possibly had four doors.

    A 20 year old woman from St Austell has been charged with child abduction following an incident in St Austell on Monday 21st June.

    This followed a report that a girl had gone missing from an address in the Town.

    She was later located safe at another address in St Austell.

    Police are appealing for witnesses following a robbery which began outside McDonalds on Watling Street in Hockliffe yesterday (Tuesday 8th)

    At around 8.45pm the 22 year old victim and his friend had bought food from the drive through.

    They were parked up in the car park eating their food when the friend went into the restaurant to order some additional items.

    Detectives investigating the abduction and serious sexual assault of a ten year old girl in Fleetwood a month ago have today released an image of a man they want to trace and speak to.

    The man is pictured at the 'pitch and putt' on Fleetwood promenade, close to the Marine Hall in the early afternoon of Thursday 15 April.

    Gardaí in Ballyfermot have launched an investigation following the abduction of the spouse of a bank official from her home in Ballyfermot, Dublin 10.

    Shortly after 6.30 a.m. (Friday, 28 May 2010) the woman was taken from her house in a vehicle.

    A demand was made that the bank official obtain a sum of money from the bank and await instructions.

    At 3.04pm this afternoon (Wednesday, May 19), police received a call from a member of the public who had witnessed what looked like a dispute between a boy and an adult on Meyrick Road, close to the junction with Twyford Avenue.

    The member of the public thought he witnessed the boy being forced into a car.

    Shortly after 8 a.m. this morning (Thursday, 22 April 2010) two males came to the front door of the house and took the woman away in a car.

    Detectives have released an e-fit of a suspect wanted in connection with the rape of a woman in east London.

    The woman, aged 27, was attacked on Wednesday 4 November 2009 after visiting a cash point in Green Lane, Dagenham at approximately 17.00hrs.

    As she got back into her red Nissan Micra, parked close to the cash point, she found two men inside the vehicle.

    Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after 16-year-old girl was abducted in Banbury on Sunday evening (11/4).

    The girl was walking along Queens Road in Neithrop at about 6.10pm, when a silver Nissan Micra pulled up alongside her.

    The driver asked the girl for directions and then became aggressive and demanded she get into the vehicle, which she did.

    The incident happened at Corals Bookmakers in Dallow Road, Luton at 7pm when an employee was leaving the shop.

    The 24 year old victim was approached as he was getting in to his car by a man armed with a knife.
