    Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after an attempted abduction yesterday in Ashridge Road, Wokingham yesterday (1/3).

    At 3.20pm, a 12-year-old girl was walking home from school when a man grabbed her hand and wrist and attempted to pull her into a car.

    Thames Valley Police in Milton Keynes have released an E-fit of a man they want to speak to in connection with a suspicious incident.

    Between 7.50am and 8.05am on Thursday 18 February, a 15-year-old girl was walking along Portland Drive, Willen, when a man drove up alongside her and told her to get into the vehicle.

    A 16-year-old girl was walking along Whitehall Road in the direction of Gildersome at 11.20pm when a maroon estate car containing two men pulled up next to her as she neared the Valley Inn.

    Police would like to appeal for witnesses after a man grabbed a 15-year-old girl behind the Park End Public House in Park End, Middlesbrough, yesterday (Monday 8th February.)

    The incident occurred at around midday on Penistone Road. The man got out of a white van and grabbed the girl's arm. When her dog started to bark the man got back into the van and made off.

    Between 5.30pm and 6pm two men in a silver car asked a 13 year-old female waiting for a bus on Washwood Heath Road if she wanted a lift.

    Police are appealing for help in tracing a woman who intervened after a young girl was approached by a man in Portobello on Saturday afternoon (January 16).

    At around 12.30pm, the 12-year-old girl was on the footpath between Scotties Bar and Craigentinny Cemetery, when a man approached and placed his hands on her shoulder, trying to make her go with him.

    Police are asking a man who was driving an older looking red Ford Fiesta-type car with two children in the back, to come forward after an incident in Westhall Road around 3.35pm - 3.40pm yesterday, Monday 18 January.

    A 15-year-old boy was walking home with friends and was near the Wissett Way junction when the red car stopped and the man shouted at him from the vehicle.

    The car is described as quite an old, dark green, 3-door hatchback with a black roof rack on the top.

    Strathclyde Police is investigating an attempted abduction which took place on Gartferry Road near to Glenview Crescent in Moodiesburn around 17:30 on Sunday 13 December 2009.

    A 10-year-old girl was followed as she walked to school in Wigan.

    Around 8.55am on Wednesday 25 November 2009, the girl was walking along Spa Road, Atherton when she noticed a man standing near to a telephone box at the junction of Fletcher Avenue.

    He winked at her and beckoned her to him. The man then began to cross the road towards her.

    Police are seeking witnesses and information after a 12-year-old girl was grabbed by a man in the Acomb area of York at approximately 8:30am on Monday 16 November 2009.

    The incident occurred while the girl was stood by the garage on Acomb Green.

    At about 8.30pm on Monday 16 November 2009, the 19-year-old victim was near the Tesco Express petrol station on Upper Brook Street, when she was approached by a man who asked her the time.

    The man sexually assaulted the woman and tried to drag her into a silver car.
