- Police hunt mural vandals: Droitwich
Police in Droitwich are hunting vandals who smashed through part of a wall recently decorated with a mural by Worcestershire youngsters.
The incident took place sometime over the weekend beginning Friday, June 19, in the Lido Park, Droitwich.
Damage was caused to two sections of the wall that will now need repairing and repainting.
- Cliff Warning signs damage linked to picnic table incidents: Dunwich
Police are stepping up patrols at the Dunwich Heath reserve at Minsmere Road after damage was caused to two warning signs on the cliffs there between 6pm on Saturday 27 and 9am on Sunday 28 June.
The two signs were ripped up and destroyed and another sign was moved.
The incident follows other damage to a picnic bench at the same site earlier in June.
- Fence damage linked to attempted theft of dinghy: Nacton
Damage was caused to a 7ft tall wire mesh fence at Priory Park in Nacton between 10pm on Thursday 25 and 8am on Friday 26 June.
Police are linking the incident to an attempt to steal a motorised dinghy on the River Orwell at Alnesbourne Priory around 3.30am on Friday 26 June.
- Paintwork on more than 20 vehicles damaged by vandals: Dundee
Police in Dundee are carrying out enquiries after vandals damaged more than 20 vehicles parked in the Baffin Street/Watson Street areas of the city at the weekend.
All of the vehicles involved have had their paintwork scored.
The damage happened sometime between 11pm on Saturday, June 27 and 7.30 on Sunday morning (June 28).
- Twenty beach huts targetted by thieves: Upper Esplanade, Lowestoft
Police are appealing for information after someone broke into or attempted to break into more than 20 beach huts on the Upper Esplanade between 6pm on Thursday 25 and 9am on Friday 26 June.
At this stage it is not know if anything was stolen but damage was caused to the huts in the attempts and break-ins.
- Building damaged by graffiti: Newmill Road, Elgin
Grampian Police are investigating a malicious mischief incident to a residential property on Newmill Road, Elgin.
The incident occurred between Friday 19 June and 9.45am on Friday 26 June 2009 where the property was entered and extensive damage was caused to the building and property within by means of graffiti.
- Police warn of railway dangers after £10,000 graffiti clean up: Birmingham
British Transport Police (BTP) and infrastructure company Network Rail have completed a major graffiti clean up operation in the area around Birmingham's busiest railway junction.
- Three trains damaged by vandals, pictures released: Deeside
British Transport Police (BTP) is appealing for witnesses after three trains were damaged at a bridge near Shotton Low Level station, Deeside.
BTP and train operator Arriva Trains Wales have released photographs of the damage caused to two of the trains which they said could have resulted in serious injury - or worse - to the drivers involved.
- Reward offered as concrete block injures train driver: Kidderminster/Tyseley depot (£5,000.00 Reward)
A £5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the conviction of vandals who threw a concrete slab at a train windscreen in the West Midlands.
British Transport Police (BTP) is today releasing CCTV images of youths detectives want to speak to in connection with the incident.
- Reward as concrete block thrown through train driver's window: Cheshire (£10,000.00 Reward)
A reward of £10,000 has been made available after a paving slab was thrown through the window of a moving train.
The incident happened on Sunday, 7th June, when a DB Schenker freight train was travelling through Weaverham, near Northwich, Cheshire.
- Golf course owner offers reward to catch vandals: Norwood Park Golf Course (£1,000.00 Reward)
The owner of Norwood Park Golf Course near Southwell is offering a reward of £1,000 for information that leads to a successful prosecution of vandals responsible for damaging the course and equipment.
Vandals used bolt cutters to free golf buggies chained together in the early hours of June 6, 2009.
- Outbreak of criminal damage to cars and houses: Holywood
Police are appealing for information about a number of incidents at Loughview estate, Holywood, County Down.
Shortly after 12.50am on Tuesday 23rd June it was reported that windows had been broken at a house at Priory End by a group of people.
Paint was also thrown at the house.
- Three men assaulted and car taken: McDonald's, Ashton-on-Ribble
Approximately 12.35am on Saturday 27 June 2009, three men drove to the McDonald's on Pedders Way, Ashton in a silver MG ZR.
They ordered food and parked in the waiting bay before a group of four or five men pulled up in a metallic blue BMW one series car.
The group in the BMW began to shout abuse at the men in the MG.
- Food smeared on the windows of property: Ivory Court, Aberdeen
Grampian Police are investigating a breach of the peace incident which occurred at a residential property on Ivory Court, Aberdeen.
The incident occurred between 11.15pm on Wednesday 24 June and 8.30am on Thursday 25 June 2009, where food was smeared on the windows of the property, plants were uprooted and plant pots overturned.
- Fence panels damaged on two occasions: Lowestoft
A fence in John Street was damaged on two occasions last week.
Panels in the fence were damaged between 5pm on Wednesday 17 and 10.15am on Wednesday 18 and again around 8pm on Friday 19 June.
On Friday two boys were seen running away from the property.
