    Police are appealing for information after six piglets were stolen from their mother in Wadborough, near Worcester.

    Police are hunting thieves who stole 500 piglets from a farm at Hopwas near Lichfield.

    Raiders broke through a steel barrier and barbed wire fencing and drove across fields to reach the animals at Packington Fields Farm.

    70 piglets stolen from farm: Walberswick

    Police are appealing for information after more than 70 piglets were stolen from farm premises at Main Street, Walberswick in two incidents.

    Incident 1: around 35 piglets are believed to have been taken between January 9-12 (not reported to police at the time). Incident 2: a further 43 taken around February 25.

    A sow valued at more than £200 is believed to have been slaughtered before it was stolen from Willow Orchard Farm.

    There was evidence of blood found by the animal's owners in the sty where the pig was kept at the farm in Uttoxeter Road, Hilton.

  • Pigs stolen at Penkridge, Staffordshire

    This is a warning and a request for extra vigilance. Between 6th and 7th April 2008, unknown offenders went to an isolated field in Otherton Lane, Penkridge and stole three pigs.

    Please make frequent visits to check on livestock and security of gates and fences.

    Report all suspicious activity, persons or vehicles to the police immediately.

    Piglets killed in Sheffield (£2,500.00 Reward)

    A cash reward has been offered for information about a 'sickening' attack on a litter of piglets at a popular farm and visitor centre in Sheffield. Thirteen piglets were discovered missing from their sty when members of staff arrived for work at Heeley City Farm on 10 August.
