The incident happened between 11pm on Wednesday, September 30, and 8.30am on Thursday, October 1, at a property on The Street, Blo Norton.
The incident happened when the victim parked his horse box at the car park on Wilton Road at around 10.20am on Tuesday October 13, 2009.
