Police in West Fife are currently investigating the theft of a JCB from a Kincardine farm.

A yellow JCB with a black cab, model no 530/70 was reported stolen to police at 7.20am on Sunday morning (13th June).

The vehicle was last seen at the farm around 5pm on Friday evening.

The vehicle is valued in the region of £28,000.

Detective Constable Darren Stewart said of the investigation:

"I would appeal for any person to come forward who may have seen this vehicle moving around the Kincardine area over the weekend.

"It is strongly suspected that the vehicles was driven away.

"Information can be passed to us in the strictest confidence."
