Officers in Burntwood are appealing for information to trace two motocross bikes that were stolen on Friday (14 May).

The Yamaha 250f bikes, worth around £4,500 in total, were taken from an address in Sandringham Close, Chase Terrace, at around 5am.

The machines, which were last used at a motocross meeting in Leicestershire on 9 May, were taken by three or four people.

They were loaded into what was believed to be a red LDV or Transit van, with a registration of pre-1999.
