A bag left unattended at a bus stop opposite the army cadet hall in Strathmore Avenue was stolen sometime between 9pm and 9.30pm on Thursday 2 April.

The navy blue nylon bag has a fleece lining and contained a set of Shepherd (make) bagpipes which are worth around £800.

The number to call is 0300 111 2222.

Alternatively call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.

The image is for illustrative purposes only; they are Shepherd pipes but not the item stolen.
