A man was thrown to the ground and had his watch worth thousands of pounds stolen in a robbery in Wigan.
On Sunday 17 January 2010, the victim was at an antique fair, which took place in a hotel on Chorley Road, Worthington.
Around 5.30pm, the victim walked back to his BMW and was grabbed from behind by a man who demanded the keys to his car.
The victim was dragged to his knees and he was forced to hand over his car keys and his 18 carat gold Cartier Tank LC automatic wrist watch.
He was then thrown to ground and two men drove off in his car with the watch.
The car was found abandoned a short time later with the engine still running on Beech Walk, Beech Hill.
Police Constable Phil White of Wigan Volume Crime Team said:
"While we may have found the man's car, his gold watch is still missing.
"The watch is quite distinctive and worth a huge amount, so I would ask anyone who may have seen this watch on someone but they can't explain how or where they got it from, or if you have been offered this watch for sale, please get in touch."
Anyone with information should call police on 0161 856 7255.
