Detectives are appealing for witnesses after thieves forced entry to an Arlesey home on Friday (May 7) and stole jewellery.
The offence happened between1.30pm and 3.30pm when offenders forced a ground floor side window to a property in the High Street.
The owners returned to find the offenders had made an untidy search before making off with a large quantity of electrical items and jewellery.
It is thought they were taken in a black and blue Timberland rucksack, which was also stolen.
Items stolen include:
DS Sean Quinn of Dunstable's Crime Investigation Department would like to speak to anyone who saw the men making off or possibly hanging around the High Street on Friday afternoon.
DS Quinn said:
"It is very likely the offenders will now try to sell this property on and we would urge the public and traders to contact us if they are offered property they believe is stolen."
