Five lambs have been attacked in Little Brington over the past few days.

On Wednesday 2 December at some time before 10am, two lambs were attacked by one or more dogs.

The location of the incident was a field opposite the Saracen's Head on the Main Street in Little Brington.

The two lambs will probably have to be destroyed because of the extent of their injuries.

A similar incident took place on Monday 24 November where three lambs were hurt, again it is believed the injuries were caused by dogs.

Witnesses to this incident, or anyone with information, should call Northamptonshire Police on 03000 111 222.

Alternatively call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
