Police are appealing for witnesses to a theft in South Cerney in which a number of Kayaks and a trailer were stolen.

The theft took place between 8pm and 8.30pm on Friday February 19 when unknown offenders forced entry to the South Cerney Outdoor Education Centre at lake 12 in South Cerney.

Once on the site the offenders stole a large Ifor Williams twin axle box trailer, which contained four kayaks.

The total value of all the items stolen is approximately £4800.
