Police in Newcastle are appealing for information following the theft of a motorhome.

At around 3.45pm on Monday 24 August an offender stole a 07 registered white Renault Laguna Telstar motorhome from an address in Crackley Bank, Chesterton.

The vehicle had distinctive blue and grey flashes to either side and ‘Telstar' printed on all sides.

The offender is described as:

  • a white male
  • early to mid 20s
  • medium build.
  • short, shaven dark hair
  • dark tanned complexion
  • wearing a beige-coloured t-shirt, knee length light-coloured shorts and white leather trainers
  • West Midlands accent

Anyone with information about the stolen motorhome is asked to contact PC Tim O'Neill at Newcastle police station on 0300 123 44 55.
