Police are appealing for information about the whereabouts of stolen silver that was taken from a house in Loughborough.
The burglary happened at a house on William Street sometime between 10am on Saturday May 1 and 12pm on Tuesday May 4, when an occupant from the house returned to find a window at the back of the house had been forced open and the alarm had been smashed.
When she got inside she discovered that an untidy search had been made of some of the rooms and various items of her belongings had been stolen.
Amongst the stolen items are:
PCÂ Phil Lilley, the investigating officer, said:
"Hopefully by releasing the image of the stolen silver anyone who has seen it since the burglary will call us and help us reunite it with its owners.
"If you live in the area you may have seen something, the suspect or suspects took quite a lot from the house.
If you can remember seeing any suspicious activity in the area, perhaps a car being loaded or people hanging around, then please call us."
