Detectives in Basingstoke are appealing for witnesses and information following a public order incident in Chineham on Wednesday, October 15.
At 4.30pm, officers were called to a disturbance an address in Longstock Close. A group of five people forced their way into the property and were damaging the doors and windows. The occupant managed to close a door and prevent them getting further inside the house and the group ran off.
One person sustained minor injuries during the incident.
Detective Constable Dan Leese, from Basingstoke CID, said: "This was a particularly frightening incident for the occupants of the house and we are following up a number of enquiries to establish who was responsible."
Two people have been arrested and bailed in connection with this incident.
