On Friday 14th November, a shoplifter stole 10 IPOD Nanos and 2 Tom Tom Sat Nav systems from Tesco Supermarket in Barrow. The total cost of the stolen items is £1585.70.

Police want to speak to a man in connection with the theft. He was captured on CCTV footage at the time the goods were stolen.

He is described as:

  • white
  • in his mid fifties
  • with grey hair
  • dressed in a black jacket, a light coloured shirt and black trousers

Police are keen to speak to the man and are asking for any members of the public who may recognise him to contact Barrow Police on 0845 33 00 247 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Anyone who has been offered any discounted IPODS or Sat Navs are also asked to come forward.
