Police are appealing for information following a serious assault in Kingswood on Wednesday 19th November 2008.

The incident occurred at approximately 9.30pm in Moravian Road about 40 to 50 metres from the junction with Hanham Road.

There was an altercation between two men and the victim, a 41 year old white male, was struck in the face and suffered serious facial injuries.

His attacker is also described as a white male about 40 years old.

We believe there may have been witnesses to the attack and we are appealing for those individuals to come forward.
