Police in Preston have issued a CCTV image of a man they want to speak with after a girl was robbed of her mobile phone at knifepoint last November 2011.
The offence took place around 2.30am on Saturday 26th November 2011 at Hazelhurst Lodge on Fir Trees Place in Ribbleton.
The 16-year-old student was in the company of two female friends when they were approached by a man as they left a friend's flat.
The girls were stood on the steps leading to the entrance to the building when a man has started a conversation with them and claimed to have been robbed.
He immediately brandished a 5 or 6inch silver serrated knife at the girl and demanded her fake Blackberry mobile phone which he took from her hand before running away.
