Two men have been arrested and charged after a 16-year-old boy was abducted in Southend in December following a disagreement about money.
Jamie Whale, 34, from Church Road, appeared in front of magistrates charged with kidnap and assault on December 10, 2010.
He appeared in court again on Friday, March 4, 2011 and pleaded guilty.
A second man, Perry Revell, 39, has been arrested and charged with kidnap and assault.
He appeared in front of magistrates on Saturday, March 12, 2011.
The incident, which happened on Saturday, December 4, 2010, left the boy with bruising to his face and body.
Police investigating the abduction are appealing for help to identify a further man they would like to speak to.
Officers have released CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to and would like to hear from anyone who may know his identity.
