Police investigating the theft of a dog in Skegness have released CCTV images of a man they wish to trace in connection with the incident.
At approx 1.40pm on Saturday 2 July, the dog's owner, a woman from Old Leake, tied the 1-year-old Chihuahua outside Oscar's on Lumley Road, while she went inside the shop.
A man was seen to be loitering outside the shop before untying the dog and walking off with it along Lumley Road.
