Appeal after two greyhounds abandoned on the A14; Kettering
(NN14 - Tuesday, 3 January, 2012)

An incident regarding two greyhound dogs being left on the A43, near to the A14 in Kettering, was reported to the police at approximately 3pm on Friday 30 December.

The dogs were said to have been thrown into the carriage way and were tied together with a blue rope.

One of the dogs is described as being tan in colour and is missing its front left leg.

The second dog is described as being a blue/grey colour.

Officers from the Kettering Rural Safer Community Team have assisted a dog charity to search for the two greyhounds over the weekend.

Unfortunately the dogs are still missing and we encourage anyone with any information to contact us on 101.
