Officers investigating the fire at Swansea Road which happened on New Year's Day are anxious to identify a man seen in the area between 4.15 and 4.45pm on 1st January 2012.

"We would like to speak to this man to see if he has information which can help with this investigation," said Detective Inspector Gary Phillips.

The suspect is described as:

  • a white male
  • aged 20 to 30
  • short dark hair
  • wearing a white hooded top with a distinctive grey and red coloured pattern on the front
