Police have seized around 50 cannabis plants, after a warrant was executed at an address in Sandymount Avenue, Bersted, Bognor, at around 1pm on Tuesday 18 October.
Sergeant Chris Pipkin said:
"Sussex Police will continue to act on intelligence they receive about the production of cannabis.
"Those found committing this kind of offence can expect to face justice.
"As well as bringing charges against offenders for the cultivation of drugs, we will use powers under the Proceeds of Crime Act to pursue assets obtained by those involved to ensure that crime does not pay.
"I would like to thank the community for coming forward and providing information.
"I would encourage anyone with information about illegal activity to contact police."
The investigation is ongoing.
