Beach huts broken into, paracetamol and Calpol taken: Lowestoft

Two beach huts on the Upper Esplanade were broken into between 6pm on Friday 14 and 10.30am on Wednesday, 19 August.

A quantity of paracetamol and Calpol were stolen from one hut, along with a radio that was then found in the second hut.

Police are asking anyone with information about the burglaries to call Sgt 264 Green at Lowestoft 01986 835300.

Alternatively call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.

Note: officers are also asking beach hut owners to be vigilant and to remove valuables from their huts and are urging anyone noticing any suspicious behaviour to call police immediately using 999.
