Thames Valley Police has released an e-fit of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a distraction burglary in Slough.
The incident took place around 10am on Thursday (8/12), in Hillary Road, Langley, when an 81-year-old woman received a knock at her front door.
A man claimed he had been sent to repair a fence and a second man was seen standing on the pavement.
The resident closed the front door and met the first man in the rear garden where a sum of £200 was asked for, but before it was handed over, the victim said she was going to make a telephone call to verify who the two men claimed to be.
The man then snatched the cash from her hand before running off.
