Grampian Police are investigating a malicious mischief incident to a residential property on Newmill Road, Elgin.
The incident occurred between Friday 19 June and 9.45am on Friday 26 June 2009 where the property was entered and extensive damage was caused to the building and property within by means of graffiti.
Grampian Police are appealing to anyone who saw any persons acting suspiciously in the area between these times to get in touch.
