Wiltshire Police are appealing for information following a burglary at a business premises on Harris Road, Portemarsh Industrial Estate, Calne.
Between 7.30pm on Friday 29th January and 12.30am on Saturday 30th January 2010, the offenders entered the premises by smashing down a door and once inside stole a number of mechanical tools and a van.
These included:
- two Stihl TS800 disc cutters with diamond tipped blades
- three Stihl TS410 disc cutters with diamond tipped blades
- a block splitter
- five Stihl 86G blowers
- five Honda blowers
- a white Ford transit van which was stolen from outside the premises
PC Ian Tilley said:
"I would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and who saw or heard anyone acting suspiciously.
"In particular I am keen to identify the driver of a black car that was traveling along Harris Road at approximately 2am, just before the white van being driven by the offenders is seen traveling in the same direction.
"This driver may hold vital information that can help us in our investigations."
