Police are releasing the CCTV image of a man and a woman officer would like to speak with in connection with a fraud offence in Watford.

At around 5.55pm on Sunday, December 4, a ‘skimming' device has been attached to the card reader of a cash point in St Albans Road, Watford.

PC Amy Tarver is investigating and said:

"I would appeal to anyone who recognises either of these people to contact police.

"I am keen to trace them and speak with them in connection with the offence."

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Tarver via the Herts Police non-emergency number 101.
