Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with a drive off from a petrol station in Haslingden.

The man is suspected of making off with £62 of diesel from the service station at Tesco, Syke Street, around 4pm on 12 August.

The offender, who is described as:

  • an Asian male
  • aged late 20's to early 30's

He was driving a black Peugeot which was bearing false number plates believed to have been stolen from a car in Bury.

Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact police on 0845 1 25 35 45.
