Female attacked after night out with friends, CCTV and CD-fit issued, Update: Llanelli

Police at Llanelli continue to investigate a serious sexual assault which occurred at Capel Isaf Road, Llanelli.

"Detectives are keen to speak to a man captured on CCTV walking along Glyncoed Terrace, Llanelli at about 4.20am on Saturday 21st January 2012." said Detective Inspector Gary Phillips.

"If you recognise this person, or if this person is you, then please contact officers at Llanelli CID."

Dyfed Powys Police continues to investigate a serious sexual assault which occurred in a lane on Capel Isaf Road, Llanelli.

The assault is believed to have been committed at approximately 4.15am on Saturday 21st January 2012, when a 17-year-old female was attacked whilst walking home alone after a night out with friends.

"The victim has helped to create a CD-fit image of the man who attacked her," said Detective Inspector Gary Phillips.

The offender is described as:

• a white male
• aged in his twenties
• very short, dark hair
• round face
• large nose
• wearing a light coloured hooded top and dark coloured trousers
