Police are appealing for information after a burglary at an allotments in Prudhoe.
Between 2pm Sunday, March 6, and 11am Wednesday, March 9, thieves broke into a shed in the Eastwood County Primary allotment site in Broomhouse Road.
They stole a garden fork, garden spade, a white gas stove and two gas cylinders before making off.
East Tynedale Neighbourhood Inspector Kevin Oates said:
"Anyone who saw anyone suspicious in the area around the allotments over the last few days is asked to contact police with any information.
"If you own an allotment or garden shed then make sure it's secure.
"Fit a good lock and don't keep anything of high value inside."
