Large scale disorder in town centre, CCTV issued: Bedford

Police in Bedford are asking the public to help identify two men who were involved in a large scale disorder in Bedford town centre recently.

The incident happened at around 3.20am on Tuesday October 25.

Police were called to the disorder and arrested a number of people but two of those involved managed to evade capture.

Pc Sarah Fisher, investigating, said:

"During this affray a number of people were assaulted and bottles were thrown into a crowd.

"I am keen to speak to anyone who was there and witnessed the incident but also anybody who recognises the two men from the CCTV pictures that were taken at the time.

"If you can help please do contact the police."

The people arrested on the night have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
