Man leaves garage without paying for fuel, CCTV issued: Bedford

Officers would like to speak to him following a making off without payment of fuel from the BP Service Station in Newnham Avenue, Bedford.

According to police a motorist pulled into the filling station at 4.45pm on Tuesday December 29 and put £111 worth of diesel fuel in a black or dark green Ford Galaxy.

He then made off without making any attempt to pay.

The offender is described as:

  • a white male
  • aged 20 to 30-years-old old
  • slim to medium build
  • short dark hair
  • wearing a black jacket and black trousers
