Officers want to speak to him following the making off without payment of nearly £60 worth of diesel from the BP Connect filling station in Luton Road, Dunstable, at 2.38pm on Monday (June 22).

CCTV shows him filling up a grey Audi estate with obscured number plates.

He entered the shop, used the conveniences, and then left without making any attempt to pay for the fuel.

The suspect is described as:

  • an Asian male
  • aged mid 20s
  • about 5ft 8ins tall
  • slim build
  • dark hair and a moustache
  • wearing dark blue trousers and a dark blue T-shirt with white Nike Air logo on the chest
