Man sought following sexual assault of 20-year-old woman, CCTV issued: Oldfield Park, Bath

Bath police are asking for help identifying a man they want to about a sexual assault on a 20-year-old woman in Oldfield Park.

They believe the man on this CCTV image may have important information about the incident that happened at around 2.20pm in Moorland Road on Tuesday, March 1.

The woman had walked from Third Avenue to Shaftesbury Avenue and into Moorland Road when she noticed a man walking behind her.

In Triangle East he touched her in a sexual way, she screamed, and he walked off towards Stanley Road.

The woman wasn't hurt but was shaken by what happened.

The man is described as:

  • white
  • 5ft 8ins tall
  • big build
  • two shaved lines making a V-shape on the back of his head
