Three men armed with baseball bats threatened staff and customers at a members club in Trafford.
Police were called to Timperley Tavern, Park Road, West Timperley just after midnight on Monday 7 March 2011.
The men walked into the tavern and demanded a member of staff to give them money from the till and pool tables.
They then forced the customers, including an 81-year-old man, to lie on the floor and hand over cash.
When some didn't lie down straight away, one of the men smashed a table with a baseball bat and threw glass towards them.
They took the keys to a Black Renault Laguna that belonged to one of the customers and escaped with the money.
The offenders are described as:
Detective Constable Sonia Johnston from Stretford CID said:
"The offenders were extremely aggressive in getting what they wanted which left staff and customers shaken.
"Thankfully, no one was injured.
"I would urge anyone who witnessed anything or saw a Black Renault Laguna being driven away from the Tavern just after midnight to contact us."
