Detectives from the Joint Norfolk and Suffolk Major Investigation are Team continuing their investigations into the death of a 54-year-old woman in Norfolk.

A murder enquiry was launched after officers discovered the body of a woman at an address in High Road, Needham at around 6.15pm on Monday, 15 March.

The deceased has now been identified as Carol Weatherley of the same address.

A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder.

The investigation is ongoing however police are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident.

Anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious in the area at around the time stated or anyone with information should contact the Major Investigation Team on 0845 456 4567.
