Owner sought for locket recovered from Chew Valley Lake: Bristol Water

Police are asking for help identifying this couple whose photos are inside a gold locket found in shallow water at Chew Valley Lake.

Both man and women are wearing what appear to be chains of office.

Police believe the locket, and other items of gold jewellery found with it, may have been stolen and discarded.

It was spotted by a man standing on the bridge at Herriotts Mill Pond, by the waterfall.

Anyone who recognises the man and woman, or who knows who owns the locket, is asked to contact Bath police on 101.
