Police in Dundee are carrying out enquiries after vandals damaged more than 20 vehicles parked in the Baffin Street/Watson Street areas of the city at the weekend.

All of the vehicles involved have had their paintwork scored.

The damage happened sometime between 11pm on Saturday, June 27 and 7.30 on Sunday morning (June 28).

Officers have been carrying out door to door enquiries in the area and a review of CCTV footage is ongoing.

Tayside Police would appeal to anyone who was in the area and who saw or heard anything suspicious to contact on 0300 111 2222, or speak to any officer.
