Police issue e-fit after man tries to detain young girls: Dover

Police have released an e-fit of a man they want to talk to after a girl was approached when she was walking her dog on Dover seafront with two friends.

At about 5pm on Sunday 11 July, the man stopped and stroked the dog and then got hold of its collar, preventing the 13-year-old from walking away.

The girl from Dover hit the man, he let go and the girls ran off.

The man is aged between 40 and 50 and has tattoos on both arms.
