Police have released these e-fit images of two men suspected of committing aggravated burglaries in south Derbyshire and Leicestershire.
The most recent incident took place on October 17 when four men attempted to gain entry to a house on Oversetts Road, Newhall.
The victim let his dog out of the house and the offenders ran off.
A similar offence took place at around 9.30pm on Friday, August 26 when four men broke into a house on Bentley Dale, Hartshorne and tied up and assaulted the occupants before stealing cash and mobile phones.
Two of the offenders were not wearing face masks and the victim has worked with police to produce these images of the suspects.

Police in Derbyshire are liaising with colleagues in Leicestershire after two similar offences took place in the Leicester area during the summer.
An aggravated burglary took place at a house in Irlam Street, Wigston on Monday July 25 at about 9.45pm when the property was entered and cash was stolen.
The second incident took place in Brabazon Road, Oadby on Thursday Saturday August 13 when various items were stolen including cash and mobile telephones.
Officers from Leicestershire and Derbyshire are looking at the similarities between all the incidents and believe the incidents may be linked.
