Grampian Police are investigating a theft by housebreaking to a restaurant on Summer Street, Aberdeen.

The incident occurred between midnight and 6am on Friday 26 June 2009, where the premises were entered a considerable quantity of alcohol and foodstuff were stolen.

The estimated value of property stolen is in the region of a mid four figure sum.

Investigating Officer, Constable Arlene Strachan said:

"I would urge anyone who has been offered bottles of alcohol for sale at a low cut price to come forward with any information".
