With the exception of the 38-year-old male, they have now all been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
They had been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
Officers from the Major Investigation Unit in Rugby this afternoon (Tuesday) applied to magistrates for a warrant of further detention to continue questioning the 38-year old male.
This has been granted.
A reward of £5,000 has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people who carried out the murder of a man in Rugby Road, Bulkington on Sunday afternoon.
Police are today continuing the murder investigation following the death of the man at a house in Rugby Road, Bulkington.
Police now know the identity of the man, although his details will not be released until next of kin have been informed and the formal identification process has taken place.
The exact cause of his death is yet to be confirmed.
Police were called to Rugby Road, Bulkington, following a report of a shooting at 4.55pm on Sunday 26 June.
On arrival they found the deceased male, who had sustained extensive chest injuries.
They are continuing their appeal for witnesses to come forward who may have seen anything suspicious in the locality between 4pm - 5pm on Sunday 26 June.
Detective Superintendent Nav Malik, who is leading the investigation, said this was a fast moving enquiry but added:
"We still very much need to hear from people living near to the scene of the incident to make contact if they saw anything between 4 - 5pm on Sunday.
"It was a hot sunny day and there would have been a lot of people out and about enjoying the weather, or perhaps going to the nearby shops or to the New Inn public house for a drink."
He reiterated that this was a violent incident in which police believe the victim was targeted.
A group of up to four males are believed to have arrived at the detached house at shortly before 5pm.
One of the suspects is described as:
They are understood to have walked in through the open front door of the house, which is currently undergoing renovation, and confronted the victim in an outbuilding at the rear of the main house.
Other people who were present managed to escape by climbing out of windows in the outbuilding.
The gang then left the house, walking back out through the front door.
"We want to know which direction these people turned and where they went to after leaving the house on Rugby Road." Said Det Supt Malik.
Roads around the scene of the incident on Rugby Road, which is at the junction of Withybrook Road, Shilton Lane, New Street and Wolvey Road in Bulkington, were closed to traffic and pedestrians until lunchtime today (Monday) in order for a search of the area to be conducted.
The cordon was due to be taken off at lunchtime today.
DS Malik added:
"We apologise to people living near by who were inconvenienced yesterday and this morning by the police cordons, but we had an extensive area to search in order to secure all possible evidence relating to this incident."
