Reward offered following theft of cars from vehicle hire companies, CCTV issued: Stafford/Sheffield

Police investigating the alleged thefts of hire vehicles have released (CCTV) closed circuit televison images of two men they want to trace.

Three vehicles were stolen from vehicle hire companies last July - two from Stafford and one from Sheffield.

One vehicle has been recovered but a grey-coloured ‘S' registered Peugeot 308 and a white-coloured ‘S' registered Ford Mondeo stolen from Stafford remain outstanding.

The vehicle hire company has offered a £2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any persons responsible.

Three men have been arrested on suspicion of theft and have been bailed pending further enquiries.
